Shipping & Handling

Your Kutie Patooties Gift Boutique order will ship to you via UPS Ground, FED EX, or USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped. If you do not receive a tracking email please check your spam box as sometimes emails are blocked. For international orders we utilize USPS International priority mail. Please contact us if your shipping destination (special handling orders such as Alaska/Hawaii is not available during checkout. Please note: International orders may be subject to duties that are outside the control of Kutie Patooties Gift Boutique.

We cannot be held responsible for any duties that may be assessed at the time of delivery. Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days but may ship sooner depending on sales volume. Priority services are offered for customers who need turnaround within 24 hours and/or overnight shipping for their order. Please note that UPS does not deliver packages on Saturdays, however, the USPS does deliver on Saturdays. It's the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. For example, UPS will not deliver to an apartment building if the apartment number is not provided.

Please make certain accurate shipping information is included. Kutie Patooties Gift Boutique cannot be held responsible for delivery issues that involve incorrect/missing address information. Similarly, please do not ship to hospitals as we cannot be held liable for packages that are lost or not delivered to the new mom's room.If purchase is paid by Paypal please note that the item can only be shipped to the address of the Paypal account holder. If the cake is to be shipped to an alternate address please inform us as soon as possible via email (kutiepatootie14@gmail.com) or call 877-272-3802 or 404-710-8553 with information.

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on anything you buy from Kutie Patooties Gift Boutique. Our top priority is for you to be thrilled with your diaper cake or gift. If for any reason you aren't we'll refund your money or replace your order.  If you are not happy for any reason, please contact us within 3 business days upon receipt of your item at kutiepatootie14@gmail.com for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). The return shipment of the order is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon return receipt of your item at Kutie Patooties Gift Boutique, we will refund the total price of your order less the shipping fees. We cannot be responsible for orders that must be delivered by a specific date. Please remember that orders can take up to 2 days to be made plus the shipping time. Priority mail generally requires 2-3 days to deliver, but occasionally can take up to 4 days. Please refer to the shipping chart shown here for typical shipping times.
